Generally, mass-produced furniture is made of solid materials, so users can intuitively judge that it is safe to sit. Urethane foam, which has properties that are fundamentally opposed to those of wood, a classic material, is not hard. Furthermore, the material itself is a material that cannot persuade the user that sitting is appropriate.I experimented with the procedure of totally changing the material from the point where the material is partially replaced in the shape of the chair, using these opposing materials.
