Anxiety : SculpturePainting on Steel, 1550 x 1450 x 550 (mm), 2020
This Sculpture work extends previous explorations into the emotion of anxiety, delving into its underlying causes.

The artwork aims to narrate a story about the complexities of human emotion. Each individual grapples with unique challenges and attributes, encompassing elements such as family, wealth, education, and appearance. These inherent differences, present since birth, shape our individuality and inherent perfection. However, anxiety often arises when we seek validation from others for attributes we perceive as lacking within ourselves.

In the illustration, each seemingly flawless individual is depicted as a vibrant, colorful rectangular parallelepiped, symbolizing societal diversity. The intertwining of these colors represents the intricate fabric of our society. Amidst this complexity, the black lines symbolize the scrutinizing gazes of others, highlighting the pressures and anxieties associated with comparison and perceived inadequacy.
